This is the home of Walking the Brecon Beacons. Here you will find places to hike and bike; accommodation and places to stay; pubs, restaurants and places to eat and drink; attractions and things to do.
This site grew from the phenomenal success of the Walking the Brecon Beacons Facebook Group, which was created so that walkers and other enthusiasts for the great outdoors could exchange tips, routes and places to visit in the Brecon Beacons National Park and Black Mountains of Mid and South Wales.
Walking in company promotes good mental health; in Walking the Brecon Beacons, you will find people to meet, walks to join and friends to make.

Walking the Brecon Beacons does not charge for any of its information pages and, after expenses, all profits from the shop, walking routes and classified ads are donated to the mountain rescue teams which cover the National Park.
