A stunningly scenic look at the huge but largely forgotten lead mining industry of mid Wales, just a drive from the Brecon Beacons, visiting the site of one of the largest water wheels in Europe, and several remarkably remote remains. The walk also takes you past two magnificent but seldom visited, hidden gorges, and follows a short section of Owen Glyndwr’s Way.
